Running training is made of a combination of two areas, namely:

Running

Group training across various levels of athletes focusing on a variety of elements such as running technique, rhythm and speed.

Groups are divided into the following:

  • Intermediate and expert runners
  • Beginner, novice and junior runners

 

Gym sessions

Gym sessions are held indoor at the SAS sports facility and also outdoor and in order cover a variety of running focused strength and conditioning training.
There are a variety of fixed group sessions to attend varying on time and ability in order to suit your requirements
