Running Shoe Assessment

Selecting the correct running shoe can be tricky.   Several factors need to be taken into consideration:

  • Your individual running goals
  • Type of terrain (road vs. trail)
  • Distances you run (recreational vs. ultra running)
  • Foot type and size
  • Foot and ankle mobility and strength
  • Body weight

Through evaluation we will help you select the correct running shoe.
